Privacy Policy

Last updated on September 4, 2026

Interim policy. This is a temporary Privacy Policy covering the marketing site while a full policy is prepared for legal review. It describes the Site only. Beta participation and consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

Haikei Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect, how we use it, and what safeguards we apply.

For purposes of this policy, “Site” refers to the Company’s website at www.haikeilabs.com. “Service” refers to the governance assessment, early-access requests, and contact submissions offered through the Site. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described here.

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data and general demographic information. Personal Information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.

Information collected via technology

The Site does not require you to create an account, and we do not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you load a page, our infrastructure provider receives standard request information—including your IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested—as an ordinary part of serving the Site and protecting it from abuse.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated abuse on our forms. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and may set a token in your browser and receive your IP address for that verification. Your IP address is used for verification and abuse prevention and is not stored in our leads database.

Information you provide to us

You may choose to submit information through the governance assessment, contact form, or design partner application. Depending on which you use, this may include your name, business email address, company name, your role, the answers you select in the assessment, workshop or training interests, the first workflow you would deploy, and any message, timeline, expected user count, or notes you write. The design partner application also lets you separately opt in to release announcements; we record that preference in our CRM. If you opt in, you can complete the newsletter subscription on Substack, which processes that signup under its own privacy policy.

We store these submissions in our own database in order to respond to you and to manage the resulting business relationship. Where you have provided an email address, we use it as the record identifier, so submitting the same address again updates your existing record rather than creating a second one.

Children’s privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us.
